I reached out to the team at Ascend late on a Friday afternoon with a security questionnaire that a client was requiring. I didn't understand many of the questions they asked and clearly didn't know the answers. The Ascend team had the questionnaire completed and turned in for me before I opened my email on Saturday morning! Always above an beyond is all I can say!
